Farmhouse Fries
Golden Steak Fries with a Baked Soul
The fries at Farmhouse arrive in a terra cotta pot lined with floral paper — thick-cut, hand-cut steak fries stacked high. They’re made fresh from non-frozen potatoes and single-fried in rice bran oil. Served hot, they have a light outer crisp and an interior that’s soft and fluffy like a baked potato.
But not every piece delivers the same result. The irregular hand-cut sizes mean some fries are perfectly cooked while others feel slightly underdone or too firm. Where they truly shine is in the house-made spicy ketchup — bold and balanced, it gives the fries the punch they’re missing on their own.
